Vorbach is in a great spot, really close to the underground station hallerstrasse. The staff were super friendly. My room was clean, spacious, and had a really comfy bed. Breakfast was excellent, with made-to-order scrambled eggs, which I loved.

Spacious rooms with high ceilings, had more character than modern hotels. Reception staff spoke very good English and were most helpful. We had a draught beer in the bar in the evening and we were given complimentary peanuts. The continental buffet style breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. The hotel was 5-10 minutes walk from the subway, and had a hop-on-hop-off tourist bus stop within 100 yards.

Cozy room, spacious room with lovely period features and a peaceful atmosphere, making it perfect for unwinding after exploring the nearby museums and attractions via the short 10-minute walk to the subway station.
Everything was as perfect as can be.

Very pleasant staff, it was comfortable stay.
the hotel was enchanting and fairly clean with nice views of a park like green oasis with old trees. we had satisfactory breakfast plus friendly service. everything was simply nice.

Good breakfast surprises daily
Waking up each morning to the good breakfast, with made-to-order scrambled eggs and fresh pastries, was an unexpected joy. The room was spacious, with a charming atmosphere.
The location was a bit distant from the main city attractions, which occasionally made exploring a bit inconvenient. I noticed the old-fashioned key system could be improved for modern convenience.

Close to conference centre.
As I was on business I found it difficult to work for a number of hours in the room without any facilities to make tea/coffee. The hotel had no restaurant and only a very small lobby area in which it was possible to buy some tea/coffee but too noisy to work comfortably there. This was a real draw-back for a business user. On the last morning of my trip when it was possible to have a later start, it was impossible to sleep longer because of cleaning/hoovering outside my room door. Small issues I know but with effect.
